MINIMUM STAY

There is no minimum or maximum length of stay required at Three Trees.

CHILDREN

Children (<12 yrs) sharing with parents (extra single bed) will be charged at a reduced rate. The normal rate will apply for children occupying separate rooms. Unfortunately we cannot take children under the age of 12 on the tours. We have competent staff at the Lodge who will look after them while you are out on tour.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT allowed inside any lodge buildings.

To secure the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the accommodation value is required. Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION POLICY (2010)
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the accommodation value is required, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation the following terms apply
Cancellation:
0 – 14  days prior to arrival forfeits 85% of the reservation
15 – 21 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of the reservation
22 – 30 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% of the reservation
