MINIMUM STAY

There is no minimum or maximum length of stay required at Three Trees.

CHILDREN

Children (<12 yrs) sharing with parents (extra single bed) will be charged at a reduced rate. The normal rate will apply for children occupying separate rooms. Unfortunately we cannot take children under the age of 12 on the tours. We have competent staff at the Lodge who will look after them while you are out on tour.

SMOKING

No smoking is allowed inside any lodge buildings.

Check-in time is 12h00
Check-out time is 11h00

To secure the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the accommodation value is required. Balance of payment is required within 30 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION

Less than 7 days prior forfeits the full reservation
7 – 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the reservation
14 – 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the reservation
21 – 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the reservation

We recommend that all guests carry travel insurance to cover cancellation fees in the event of a medical emergency.
