Our Short-Lead Special is available to guests of all nationalities who book directly with us within 60 days of arrival:

Book within 30 days of arrival and receive 45% off our standard accommodation rate.
Book 31–60 days before arrival and receive 30% off our standard accommodation rate.

Our rates include accommodation, all meals, teas, coffees and 15% VAT. All guided activities, drinks, community & conservation levy are extra. Flights and Road Transfers to and from Three Tree Hill are not included, but can be arranged on request.

On our website, click the BOOK ONLINE tab, select dates & number of guests then click on the VIEW AVAILABLE SPECIALS tab, then choose BOOK NOW. You will see your discount calculated in the column on the right hand side.
