TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Special rate is only valid for dates surrounding the specific event and cannot be transferred to a different weekend.
· Commitment Fee of 25% required within 7 days.
· Full pre-payment 30 days before travel.
· Cancellations 60 days or less before the event results in 75% cancellation fee
· Substitutions (transferring your reservation over to a friend) welcome, as long as your friend agrees to the T’s & C’s
