We honour your right to privacy and data protection and would never share or sell your personal information.  It’s our promise to guests that we respect the trust you place in us and the privacy of the information you share.  Part of providing superior customer service includes making sure that we’re building a relationship of trust with our guests.

Our email marketing is vital to our business to keep you informed about any special offers and new developments at the lodge, but we do not want to send mailers that take up your time if you would not like to receive them.

In accordance to the new POPI Act, we would like to give you the opportunity to indicate to us (via email), should you no longer wish to receive communications from Three Tree Hill.  We will then remove you from our general database, used for communication with all our existing or prospective guests, travel trade and suppliers.

Please take note that the removal from the main database may take up to three working days.  By staying opted in, you will continue to receive our general e-mail correspondence.  If you are happy to be kept on the mailing list, no action is required.  

Note that you can opt-out of our e-mail communication at any given point – please forward us an email with the request.
