What’s a sunset in Africa, without a great Gin & Tonic in your hand. Craft distilleries are popping up everywhere, led by the first one on the east Cape coast, near the small seaside town of Still Bay. Inverroche leads the pack with their fynbos-infused fragrances & flavours, followed closely by the citrus-inspired Clemengold from the Cape Town city bowl area.
